Physical Affection:  He's not an emotional or affectionate with strangers, so don't expect anything from him. The most affectionate gestures he's shown is to his older brother who he adores and hugged heartily after a battle. Hugging him? Kissing him? Sure! How he reacts will depend on how close he is with them. However, he doesn't usually like to be touched. He'll accept hugs, but he won't like them when they catch him off guard. Kissing him is a lot more intimate and coming from a conservative culture he will most definitely blush profusely. Flirting with him? Go ahead. Most likely, it'll catch him off guard and he'll most likely lose composure because he's not used to it. He's a Prince so all courtship he's seen is very mind your manners and couples are usually chaperoned.  Renarin blushes easily and is awkward around people especially when attention is drawn to him. Romance? None without notable CR. He can be romantic in his own way, but don't expect boldness from him unless he gets comfortable enough to gather his courage and take the plunge and do something daring. He won't be able to best most trained soldiers, but he has tenacity! And he doesn't give up! Also, he can heal himself rather rapidly which has saved him several times. It's honestly the only reason he's alive. So go ahead and injure him to your hearts delight! He'll most likely heal it.
